Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

Can someone please check this out for me.
set a tract to ext. And then place a program change on 001.01.000 in 
that same track.


This was working and now it is not and as far as i know i did noting 
to change this.  I waited so dam long to be able to do this and now 
the feature has just gone away.  Im loosing my cool, i have tried 
all i can think of to fix it.
