The glide button status doesn't get saved with the preset. Rather, it's
initial state is derived from the preset.

If any one (at least) layer has a glide amount other than 0.000 sec/oct,
the light will come on, and pressing it will remove all glide.

If all layers are 0.000 sec/oct, the light will be off (even if there
are patchcords adding glide!) and pressing the button will add ~0.177
sec/oct glide amount.

Personally, for the presets that I want the light to come on, I tweak
one layer to be 0.002 sec/oct, set the rest to 0.000, then I hook up
MidiN to glide amount at 100% for all layers that I want glide. This
way, I have a knob that controlls glide amount, and a switch to turn it
on and off.

It's everyone. You get the prompt that the message was sent O.K.,
but it seems to take much longer than normal.
