Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

I hadn't touched my XL7 in 2 months and finally got around to playing 
with her last night for several hours.  WOW … I had almost forgotten 
how great this thing is.  Anyway, if anyone from EMU is listening …. 
please, please, down on my knees begging  please, add the following 
feature in the next release:  The ability to stop the grid record 
pointer from moving to the next bar while entering steps for the 
current bar (does this make sense?).  Also the ability to loop any 
bar in a pattern while recording would be great for getting 32nd note 
fills etc just right (is this already possible?).

Hey are the Emu guys from Chicago still getting together? I have been reading
some of the emails, but I have been rather busy. If so I would still like to
get together so I can learn and hangout.

Well, I'd like to, but I've gotten only one response from all the people 
in the area.  We were planning on the end of September, probably the 28th. 
 If even a couple people want to come that's cool, I just need to hear 
back from everyone.  Don't forget, Emu will be sending us goodies to pass 
out if we get enough people!

Yeah, I checked my Caledar, and I am off that weekend. As long as i don't have
any funerals. Even if I do i should be able to get it covered. So count me in.
Should be cool.
