Hi,

there´s still a multitrack bug in it, am I right. First it don´t works
creating them and second thir 
channel assign don´t save with the pattern, am I right?

You have to have data on a track for it to save channel assignment. 
This is not a bug, it is by design (so that you can have channels
retain their presets, vol, pan, etc when you switch to a pattern that
doesn't use that channel).
