Hi.. Again \ Bought my Mp7 not so long ago but i guess that ive used it mostly as a sequencer and now after ive figured my way through it and laid some tracks on it its data wheel had seen better days and would need some recalibration, i.e, the Ultra sampler series have an option to recalibrate the data wheel. \ Would it be possible to include this feature (SystemDiag whatever) On a future Os Update,, \ Maybe Even The very next 1? Best regards JahLove

David, There is no recalibration unfortunately. The part connected to the data wheel is called the encoder and let me guess, it's jumps all over the place right? A temporary fix is to apply inward pressure while dialing data. M2 --- In xl7@yahoogroups.com, "David DeciBel" <spec@s...> wrote: > my wheel is F*@Ked - no that's not an email address. cut to the chase and have it replaced - it is the only solution --- In xl7@yahoogroups.com, "David DeciBel" <spec@s...> wrote:

I have used a product called superlube, I applied it to both my e5000 as well as my xl7 and now things work perfictly, as new. I made a large post about this about a month ago and no one said anything i was amased that people where not jumping up and down like I was when i dared to try it only to find that it worked like a dream. so there ya go. I have not had to maintain the knobs since and they are still working like new.
