Where do I find the option to making the track external. I record using
realtime. Midi output is A. Also where is the option for turning the channel
to 127/3 default. What is that?

Well if money is no object, my vote would go to Wavelab for mastering and cd burning. Another good choice is Soundforge plus CD architect.

Ok I was able to trigger external device, cool. Now how do I record using
multiple midi channels controlling my Mo'phatt rack unit sequencing through
the MP7? I'm trying not to by pass Sonar and use just the 2 units for right
now. When I try to do it I can only trigger sounds that are on channel one of
the Mo'Phatt. I can't do multiple channels. Obviously I'm over looking
something. Just can't figure out what. through sonar I can do multi-channels
no problem with no settigns to change. So what do I need to change on the MP7
to do that? Of course with the Mp7 internal sounds it works like a charm. But
to get the Mo'phatt....got me? i have everything running through a midiman
8x8 on the pc side of things, if that helps. Or do I need to go directly into
the mophatt by passing the Midiman?

Thanks for all the help

Scratch the last post by me. I restored the default Multi-setup, and all is well in the land of toothopolous. (Anyone remembers the old Crest commercials)The next step for me is to tr to figure out how to play the MP7 from an external sequencer though a midi patch bay. I don't believe I can since the MP7 is on midi out 6. I think it needs to be on 1 to do this without going through Sonar. I think I'm making this venture entirely to complicated. He'll I'll just go through Sonar to do the rest.

Thanks for all your help everyone.
