Press the MIDI button on the XL-7, and scroll until you see it. It depends
on what it's set at in the machine (most likely 1), just make sure
E-Loader matches whatever that is.

The Device ID parameter settings in both the XL-7 main OS MIDI page
and the E-Loader MIDI Setup page are irrelevent when doing OS
updates. Technically, the OS updates are always done using device ID
0. Normally a user doesn't have to worry about this since it is
handled automatically by E-Loader, but there could be a conflict if
you were to have another device at ID 0 on the same MIDI cable while
doing an OS update (well, you can't really have two devices on the
same cable, but effectively you can if you are using some kind of
MIDI merger). It is recommended that you turn off all other gear
while doing OS updates just to be sure there are no conflicts.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
