Backing up PRESET data?

Backing up PRESET data?

2003-04-02 by David

I was working on getting my EMU backed up (finally) and am having a hard
time figuring out how to back up all PRESETS...

Anyone?

K, I figured it out. Kinda strange to me that it's not part of ELOADER...
I just went into midi and then send sysex data into Cubase, and saved it.
It looks like it works just to "play" the data back in...

Maybe good stuff to put into FAQ? hmm?

Easiest way right now is to do User Bank Sysex dumps. In the midi menu,
go to the screen that says Send MIDI Sysex Data, then scrol back 1 step to
get to the bank sends. Pain the ass, but it's all we have in this regard.
