Unfortunately, CPU power is not infinite. When you confirm th next
pattern by pressing Enter, it has to load the next pattern into memory.
This detracts the CPU slightly from the normal update rate of things
like LFOs and envelopes. Very short envelopes can become slightly
longer, and apparently in your case, the LFO is getting "chunkier" or
something.
