The additional synth 'wash' is noticeable, as is the chord in the chorus of the Pump Up the Jam hit single. Some things in dance music never change, such as a tentative vocal-less instrumental paving the way for a secondary radio-friendly release with meaningless vocals. And I should have made it more clear that this is a track by Jo Bogaert under the alias Pro 24's, a few records before Jo Bogaert's Technotronic alias. Jeremy.
