Hi, Please, you can contact Doug directly in his email address. But, be aware that a CEM3374 is one of the most rare vintage synth chips! Therefore, you should buy them as many as you can afford or is available. I would take a pair as a minimum. But, in any case, you just need to change that chip, which is not working. Take all the precautions against the static electricity, which can break this and many other ships, if you are careless. Have you also tried to push the chips back to their places? They have the tendency to come up after many years of use. Or, remove the assumably problematic chip and then push it carefully and tightly back to its place. This could well be enough to fix the problem. An other as important work is to replace all condensators, which tend to dry during the years. This is very typically done also just as a precaution.
