Thanks for joining the DTXpress Electronic Drums group. We encourage you to introduce yourself, ask questions, and make pertinent comments whenever the urge strikes you. Before you post your first query, however, please consult the group archives for relevant material; the archives cover most questions from new members. Finding the right keyword is not always easy, but whatever you find out will give you some background in terminology. 

As a formality, the moderators review new members' first one or two posts to guard against inappropriate material. In the unlikely event that your message does not appear on the board in a reasonable time, don't re-send it; most likely, none of the moderators have seen it yet. You've either posted from outside the U.S., or during the early morning hours when no one is awake. But it won't be too long before we get to it.
