The "MPC Grooves" file is a [MAC] Logic song file. If you're on a PC, use "Import" or just add the ".lso" extension. It contains a group of 16th note sequences with varying amounts of swing recorded directly from an MPC 2000XL, and some other sequences tagged “K+S” (kick and snare) that were created on an MPC60. This older machine quantized the default kick and snare pads slightly differently . Just copy the sequences to your autoload, pack them into a folder, assign the contents to a "no output" object,  select them and go to "Options>Groove Templates>Make Groove Template" and you should now have the MPC grooves as an option in your quantize flipmenu.
