The size of the base of the 22-space cabinet is 48-3/8"w (1230mm) x 8-1/2"d (216mm) The size of the base of the 44-space cabinet is 48-3/8"w (1230mm) x 14-3/4"d (375mm) Wood is 7/8" thick (22mm) Module Height is 17.5" (444mm) Module Width is 46 5/8" (1185mm) As far as dimensions, I don't have a 'formal drawing'. Instead, my wood worker guy keeps a series of notes and does final assembly using blank panels for fit. I'd be glad to give you any dimension you'd like. The overall width is 48-3/8" The depth of the bottom is 14-3/4" The height is 18" On the bottom there is a small channel milled out to accept the module. Each module needs a 3/8" mounting flange top and bottom. Each module is 8-3/4" tall and 2-1/8 (+0) width multiples. Hope that helps. Roger. I use rails that are .500 tall and .750 deep. A dense hardwood is best and they must be drilled to accept mounting screws to limit cracking. The notch at the top and bottom of each module is .400. The rail should fit inside this notch with .025" to spare. So, .375 of the rail should go into the notch. This leaves .125 of the rail beyond the module's edge. So, based on .500 tall rails, the inside cabinet dimension should be 8.750+.125+.125= 9.000. There's very little room for error and the cabinet maker needs to be right on. It's pretty difficult to have a cabinet made that works without providing a panel for them to use.
