    BF245 is not in the Siliconix Cross Reference I have.  Do you have a
spec for Vgs(off) and Rds(on)?

    The 2n4391 and the J111 are the same (both series use the same
dies)... and I just looked in my data book, and yes, those parts are the
same.

    I don't know about the J112, but I purchased a whole spl of J111's
from http://www.future-active.com for about $0.30 each.
