Indeed. Guys (gals?) please, again, synth-diy is for discussing
synthesizer electronics. I understand you are interested to have surveys
in this group, but it also irritates many people, people who you don't 
want to lose.

I am willing to create a list "synth-diy-chat" for this kind of thing,
but I urge you to at least label your messages as "OT" for "off-topic"
if your message is NOT about synthesizer electronics. If you absolutely
need to ask questions like this, please ask for PRIVATE replies.
