If the accent CV is 0, the level of the drum is to be 0.
I don't suppose it would be sensible to trigger the sound with a velocity of
zero (zen bass drum ?)
The DACs that generate the accent CVs are 6 bits, so assuming 1 is the
minimum accent used, the CV would really go from 0.8v to 5v.
