[sdiy] SSM2040 Filter Bank

I was playing with the idea of filter banks too, and did some design work. The idea
was to hook them up like "parametric filters" - where the filter response could be
added or subtracted from the input (boost/cut). I've got a control structure where you
can have a master frequency adjust & CV (that all channels track), plus each
individual channel independently.
