Well, after much consideration, I had a problem I wanted to look into
that dealt with the way that circuit is built affecting the overall
volume of the sample in an inconsistent way.

I remember the equation I used I got from this list, and it seems that
depending on all the variable, that the Q of the circuit is at some
threshold which makes the volume vary, but I forgot exactly how I did
it, and got sidetracked on another escapade before it was finished.

On my machine, I originally lowered the value of R57 from 47K to 22K
iirc. This should increase the volume..

There seems to be some interaction between the other voices and the BD
that seem to cut off the BD at times making it fluctuate..

Now, mind you, I have the full sweep and sweep decay mods on mine, so
that might somehow stabilize the circuit, but I think it was more the
lowering of R57 that did it. You just won't get a really upfront boom
until you lower it.
