[sdiy] Elektor Stimmzerhacker?

Hello,

I once built a module out of the German Elektor magazine, and I think it was called something like Stimmzerhacker or something along those lines.  It was based around an XR2206 function generator IC and seemed to be geared for human voice processing.  I would like to find the article since I sent that module to a friend.  Anybody know what the heck I'm talking about? Does anyone have that article?
