[sdiy] Elektor Stimmzerhacker?

Hi

I put two gzipped pdf files on my site. They correspond to two voice 
scrambler modules based
on the XR2206. These were published in 1980 and 1981 the french 
Elektor magazine.
(This is all in french but one doesn't need be franch to understand 
the the schemos! )
the urls are :

These files are 1Mb and 1.4Mb therefore I will not leave them on my site
for a long time (one week max.)
