[sdiy] Top octave CPLDs are working!!!

Hey all,

Score another point for productivity. I now have a
pair of CPLDs that mimic the old Mostek 50240 TOG. Its
a two-chip set, as it wouldn't fit in one without
going to a 100-pin SMT part. One chip for each
half-octave. Even though I had a little extra room in
each part, there was only room for 1 divider for each
output. I didn't feel it was worth it for one divider,
so I didn't include dividers.

Pretty kewl, eh? One step closer to that Walsh
organ...
