Yes, and seen several of them in action.
Note _SEEN_ not heard.
"Water organ" is used as a name for a "fountain" that can "move" to create
all kinds of water patterns.
Theatrical light is usually used to enhance the effect.
Usually it moves to music to create a "water ballet".
Water organs where found as attraction on fairs in the late 19th and early
20th century.
Attraction park the "Efteling" in the Netherlands has a rather large one
still in action.
