[sdiy] Moog VCF output noise

This circuit looks perfectly fine.
While I have not checked with an actual Mini, it works perfectly in my
own Minimoog clone.

BTW, there was another "correction" to that circuit, making R20 and R24
the same value. While I have no idea what is really in the original, until
someone shows me the contrary I will believe that the 100k and 220k
is *intentional*, compensating an unsymmetry from the "Early effect"
(different collector voltage on Q6 and Q8).
