BTW, I noticed on the Atmel website there are some 8051 type controllers
with Flash and ADC. Just the thing I need. Is this still vapourware? I
can't find them anywhere else, and the datasheet is quite vague (the
website of Ineltek (German Atmel distri) is so slow that I can't access
it, grrr).
