not sure which you mean,
The AVR is pin compatible with the 8051, it runs quicker and some have ADCs
8515 has 8k Code, 512bytes Sram 512byte EEPROM
8535 has same as 8515 but also has 8 10bit ADCs
the top doggy is the Mega128, 128K code space 4K SRAM 4K EEPROM (IIRC)
also has 8 ADCs
all have hardware USARTs and pile of other kewl features...
oh, and the mega128 is self programming (midi OS updates anyone?)
