While we're on the coin op subject, I'm rebuilding a TRON machine right now,
and I could use access to a set of uncorrupted ROM images, just in case the
ASCII HEX images I have for the ROM's I managed to blow by orienting wrong
(always check the alignment of the pin 1 notch, NOT the sticker) when I stuck
them back in the game can't be converted into a useable standard hex format I
can program a device with. I need one from for the Super CPU and a two from
the video generator, I think. Now back to the question, I have good news for
you:

You might try Bob Roberts, the king of coin op parts according to some
people, though I haven't dealt with him personally. His webpage is at
http://personal.msy.bellsouth.net/msy/b/o/bob147/

He DOES have TMS5220's, I just checked his page. They cost $15.00 a chip.
