[sdiy] Front panel Creation - do it backwards

Yes peeling can be a problem.
I fold the paper around the edge and try not to expose the edges.
Works ok in a modular rack.
When the edges are exposed the folded paper can still give some wear and
tear problems, so I cover them up with a thin (about 4x4mm) L or U profile.
