[sdiy] part identification

Hi all,  I've found another weird part I'm trying to identify. It has the
following written on it : HAFO  R 35101 40699
It looks more or less like a BC107, except that it has 4 leads, is gold
plated, and has a domed top.

Checking with a multimeter didn't reveal a lot.
