I've never seen an Electronotes but most manufacturers
have good documentation about design. (PCB in this case)
Analog Devices for example has online (and I recommend
you read):

AN-280 (ADC/DAC tips (interesting the PCB analysis))

Others that should be interesting:

AN-202 (current directions, grounds loops)
AN-214 (ground in hi speed apps)

Go to www.analog.com and search for Application Notes

I also found interesting the datasheet of the National LMC662
op amp, it talk about leakage in pcbs and how to reduce it
(go to www.national.com and search for LMC662 datasheet)
