Yeah, I still have 1 copy of the ISPW board developped by IRCAM & Arielfor NeXT
cube in the early 90's and it features 2 i860...

Interesting... I'm still looking for an easy-to-implement (at least easier
than a DSP) and fast uC / uP with such features...

Wow... Still dreaming of a DIY supercomputer at home dedicated to realtimemusic
apps... copies of i860 / i960 can be found for a bargain these days...
Just another crazy idea to entertain this list...
