[sdiy] midi keyboard proyect troubleshooting!!

hi all, im building a midi keyboard proyect using pic microcontrolers , and im having problems!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hehe , it is the first microcontroler stuff i made.... and i dont know whats the deal...


since i made it in a protoboard ,could ive damage it with the static trougth the other components? 

can the pic be testted somehow?? (without a ociloscope)
