I wonder too.  Maybe it might be useful even with a known bug.  Since the
evaluation would be for the benefit of the group, maybe others would be
interested in contributing to the purchase of an evaluation unit for someone
with the time and wherewithal to post a good evaluation to the list.  I
would be happy to stick a couple of George Washingtons in a envelope and
send them to you for a good review.  Maybe 15 or 20 others on the list might
also.

Interesting.  Too bad they don't given even a drop of
a clue as to just how this "software problem" manifests
itself.  There are bugs and then there are BUGS.  If
I were wealthy, I'd buy one and critique it for the list.
However, if the bug is bad enough, you would be paying
$40 for a box and some jacks...
