[sdiy] Vote for your favorite noise source

my big problem with noise sources is gettting a really slow oscillating
random source, like a random waveform LFO. The method used in EN of
filtering down to get a random low frequency, how low can you go before it's
not random anymore? I'd like a noise source with a knob to adjust gain and
another one to slow the frequency of random oscillation down, way down like
<1Hz. Anybody worked with this?
