Hey, sounds perfect!  Something like this would be actually a pretty
small app and DB (considering how many of us there are...), and the
thing could be pretty basic and still be useful.

I don't know PHP but can work on servlets and/or JSP's.  I'm big on
custom tag libraries, DHTML, and such these days.

OK.  SO....  what does everyone want?  I would guess a simple login
procedure, then the ability to add entries and look stuff up.  So,
