Yep. Cats don't solder well, no matter how much flux you apply. It's
even worse than aluminum...

And btw - cats are an ESD nightmare, at least when you're playing with
them. But, as cats surely do have a character of their own, they
wouldn't like you to work on a synth at the same time anyway :-)
