This would likely apply to two randomly chosen resistors, 
but I have found that resistors from the same roll or lot 
are usually very close to *each other* in value. So the % 
error of a network of these resistors would tend to be very 
close to the % error of each resistor, NOT the marked 
value. In other words, the % error will tend not to change 
no matter how many resistors you add.
