[sdiy] Stereo to Mono Amp Question?

Hi!

I've got a perfect little 20 watt power amplifier card
that's just the right size... but it is Stereo,
and I have a mono application.

(I'm not 100 percent sure what is really going on inside,
when using the Bridged Outputs of a power amp).

Is it possible to simply connect the two stereo Inputs to one another,
and the stereo Outputs to one another, and just proceed like normal
using the amp that way?

Can I short left and right channels together at both ends?

(I feel silly asking this question!) :)
