Hi!

How about this?

http://www.aleph.co.jp/~takeda/radio/pdf/midi-cv3.pdf

It's going to be almost same as Tom's bass Ace's MIDI-CV part.
it's Dual CH MIDI-CV Converter. MIDI ch is fixed to ch1.

It's software!
http://www.aleph.co.jp/~takeda/radio/src/mcv3.asm
http://www.aleph.co.jp/~takeda/radio/src/MCV3.HEX

It's test software for ad7528.

I use extended macro assembler for PIC.

this is self etched PCB.

You should better use this with MIDI-CV. I call it as VCO-DRIVER
But if you arrange some values then it going to be general purpose
CV processor, I think.

http://www.aleph.co.jp/~takeda/radio/pdf/cv_driver2.pdf
http://www.aleph.co.jp/~takeda/radio/parts/list.cgi?module=VCO-DRIVER

Lower part is MIDI-CV. Upper part is VCO Driver. It has glide which
can switch between exp. and liner. It also has CV mixer can give offset
for pitch bend CV. This allow me to play this kind of phrase.

I don't have a page for this project yet. It's under testing stage.
Here will so many mistake yet. I will test it more closely and change
some values. but basically, It works.

If there is some problem to see the pdf for PCB, let me know it.

Cheers,
