	Actually, I don't see what is wrong with that picture.  It looks like a 
good start.  Crimp connectors on the PC Board with wires going to the 
pots.  If the pots were mounted to a panel and the wires dressed up, it 
would look pretty nice.

	If you look at this picture, I basically do the same thing.

	Now, as to type of wire...stranded wire is my preference.  It is more 
rugged (less likely to work harden and break), you can put a crimp pin 
on it....it doesn't hold it's shape quite as well, but when you have a 
large wire bundle, as in the picture above, the flexability is a god send.
