Heh heh heh. You would be surprised. UL, FCC and CE marks
get slapped on all kinds of things with little or no testing.
Especially things made in countries where testing regs are
very loose--like China.
That's why PCs tend to be built from the same SEPARATE
components--motherboard, plug-in cards, separate power supply etc.
They can always claim, well, you bought a kit, EMI is your problem.
