Also bear in my mind the new laws regarding the Low Voltage Directive- this is a real picky one! Your PSU design must meet a whole bunch of criteria- including the way your wire it to you circuit boards, emissions/inter-radiation- even the spacing (creppage) between the pins/tags of your transformer. Aparently 'on-off' legends are not allowed anymore and must be 'i' an'o' Neon indicators for power on look like they are out too!
