Paul,

I have repaired a TR-606 in the past that required a 
new CPU. But, usually screwy symptoms in both the TR-
606 and TB-303 have actually been due to one or more of 
the memory ICs being bad. They die, meaning the 
sequencer just does strange things, and their I/O lines 
sometimes get stuck, resulting in 'stuck' LEDs. 

I have got a number of memory IC's for these machines 
in a drawer somewhere..
