[sdiy] Tip of the Day: Resource Development

Haven't you heard?? Oregon just outlawed cars.

Okay, not quite. What they did was pass a law today
that sez cars at intersections have to wait for
pedestrians to clear the intersection COMPLETELY
before driving through. Even if the ped is on the
other side of the road, you have to wait. I predict
traffic will come to a complete halt.

Sorry for the OT rant. I'm kinda honked-off right now.
