I'm new as well, but I think I can answer your questions.
> 1) What's an arpeggiator?
http://www.beatmode.com/arpeggiators/
Basically, a device or software program that can take several notes
pressed simultaneously ona keyboard and spread them out to be played one at a time in several
different patterns (up,down, or up/down is typical of earlier units).
> 2) Is a Korg Triton Prox a good synth? Shall I buy one with 100 Euro?
I used to use my brother's Korg Triton a lot, and I loved it, and think
it's a great synth, although it isn't "vintage" or analog. However, I question that price. The
Tritons are arelatively new line and the ProX series, which is the 88-key weighted
version, go for aboutUS$3000 new (street prices). So finding one for $100 (or thereabouts) is
awfully suspect tome. Even if it's broken, that seems low. A used ProX should run about
$1500-1800 for a unitin decent to good shape.
I hope this helps.
