The bigger ones (25mm/35mm) that you seem to use too *are*
available from Maplin and they're rather cheap in quantity,
something like 0.35 UKP, excluding shipping. If you plan to buy
some, would you be so kind as to give us a heads-up ?

If the knobs from knobs.com.tw are the same as those that Maplin
sells, they're cheap crap. On the samples I got in London, the set
screw is not quite perpendicular to the shaft. It doesn't seem to
be a problem in practice, though.
