The MAT-02 and other trannies in the MAT series is actually sold with that
as a selling feature.

Other than those... I don't know, but I do know that it is rarely given even
in fairly well-detailed datasheets, but more indirectly. It would be
interesting to discuss which other types of transistors which might be worthy
of investigation, I am sure we can identify them and how to investigate it
from datasheets and by measurements.
