[sdiy] low rbe tranies?

Bulk resistance does seem to be one spec that is generally missing from 
transistors...since, for the most part, you are only interested in that 
parameter when using in log circuits, and discrete transistors are 
generally not considered useful for that.

Seems like I remember that the 2n4403 had low bulk resistance....but I am 
afraid the only way you will really know is to test them yourself.
