[sdiy] 6402 UART

Hello all, i'm new to all this PIC and UART thingies
so just a small question: i have a couple of 6402
UARTs, so i was thinking that i might as well use them
rather than going into serial programming in the pic
from the start. The spec says that the clock lines
should be 16x transfer rate, so if i want to do midi
(31250kbps) i should drive it with 500khz right?
