[sdiy] 6402 UART

[Karl Ekdahl]

As i would still need a 16f84, i was thinking of using
a 16mhz clock driving the PIC and setting the TMR0
prescaler to 1:32 and driving the UART trough TMR0.
Anyone sees any problems with this approach?
